The Communitrak User Agreement comprises our Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, the Communitrak Rules, and all incorporated policies.

These Rules are intended to help maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment for residents and other users interacting within Communities on the Communitrak platform. These Rules supplement, but do not replace, the Communitrak Terms of Service.

Please Do

Use Your Real Name

Use your real name or the name by which you are commonly recognized within your Community. This helps promote transparency, accountability, and trust.

Be Polite and Civil

Communitrak is an extension of your Community. Treat others with respect and communicate in a courteous and constructive manner.

Participate Responsibly

Communitrak provides tools to help neighbors stay informed and engaged. Please use these features responsibly and in accordance with your Community’s guidelines.

Report Inappropriate Behavior

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Rules, the Terms of Service, or your Community’s policies, please report it to your Community administrators or through Communitrak’s reporting tools.

Please Don’t

Harass, Threaten, or Bully Others

Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward others is not permitted.

Post Offensive or Inappropriate Content

Do not post content that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate for a community setting.

Misuse the Platform

Do not use Communitrak for purposes unrelated to Community governance, communication, or operations, or in violation of applicable law or the Terms of Service.

Violate the Terms of Service

Violations of the Communitrak Terms of Service or these Rules may result in content removal, account restrictions, or other actions as determined by Communitrak or the applicable Community administrators.

Enforcement

Enforcement of these Rules may be handled by Communitrak, Community administrators, or both, depending on the nature of the issue. Community records and official communications are governed by the Community’s governing documents and applicable law.
