We offer a 30-day free trial to all new communities. Creating an account is simple, does not require a credit card, and can be canceled at any time.
You can link your HOA's debit or credit card to your account for automatic payments each month. If your HOA doesn't have a debit or credit card, you can also link your HOA's checking account for ACH payments.
We charge 4.5% to process resident credit card payments and 2.4% for ACH payments. These fees can be absorbed by the HOA or passed on to the resident in the form of an online payment convenience fee.
Residents securely make payments to your HOA through Communitrak. Funds are automatically transferred to your HOA's checking account usually within 2 - 4 business days; however, this timeline may vary depending on bank, bank holidays, etc.
