- Access follows your directory. When a resident moves out, their access is automatically revoked.
- Card, fob, or smartphone access. Access via NFC cards, key fobs, smartphones (iOS and Android), or Apple Watch.
- Pre-configured hardware. We set everything up and ship it to you ready for installation.
- Complete audit trail of every entry. When, who, and the entry decision for every access attempt is logged.
Door hardware, including locks, controllers, and card readers, is a one-time cost and is not included in the subscription. Key cards and fobs are priced per unit. Access passes for smartphones and Apple Watch are priced per unit per year as a subscription.

You can link your HOA's debit or credit card to your account for automatic payments. If your HOA doesn't have a debit or credit card, you can also link your HOA's checking account for ACH payments.
Residents securely make payments to your HOA through Communitrak. Funds are automatically transferred to your HOA's checking account usually within 2 - 4 business days; however, this timeline may vary depending on bank, bank holidays, etc.
We charge 4.5% to process resident credit card payments and 2.4% for ACH payments. These fees can be absorbed by the HOA or passed on to the resident in the form of an online payment convenience fee.
Communitrak Access is physical access control built for self-managed HOAs. Manage gates, clubhouses, and common area doors right inside Communitrak using enterprise-grade hardware.
