This referral program is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. Participants may refer their homeowners association (HOA) leadership to Communitrak by submitting the referral form.
To qualify for a reward, the referral must result in the HOA signing up for Communitrak’s paid services following the free trial period. For each qualifying referral, the referrer will receive a $100 electronic gift card, delivered to the email address provided within 30 days of the first successful billing cycle after the trial ends.
There is a limit of one reward per referrer per HOA community. Rewards cannot be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Communitrak reserves the right to verify eligibility and to cancel, modify, or terminate the referral program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
By participating, referrers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Communitrak, which are final and binding in all matters related to the program. Void where prohibited.
